Glasgow Warriors maintained their dominant position at the top of their Pro14 conference with victory at Zebre.

The visitors had secured a bonus point by half-time, with Matt Fagerson, Lee Jones and George Horne all crossing in addition to a penalty try.

Renato Giammarioli went over early for the hosts and Zebre’s Maxime Mbanda and Tommaso D’Apice registered amid continued Glasgow scoring.

Jones and Nick Grigg took Warriors’ tally of tries to six.

Dave Rennie’s side have now won 12 of their 13 league matches this season, picking up 10 bonus points along the way.

Zebre slip below Ospreys – narrow victors at home to Cardiff Blues – into bottom place in Conference A.

Edinburgh started a good weekend for Scottish rugby in the Pro14 on Friday night at Myreside when the defeated South Africans Southern Kings 37-7.
